Cold noodles with tangy sauce

The Japanese really know how to beat the summer heat with their iconic nagashi somen. At #RICEPATHY, we came up with this appetising noodle sauce. It’s tangy, savoury and refreshing. Plus, it can be whipped up in minutes. Give it a try!


Ingredients / Serving Size: 1
▶ RICEPATHY #MilletRiceMilk 250 ml
▶ Peanut butter 1 tbsp
▶ Sugar 1 tsp
▶ Salt ½ tsp
▶ White vinegar 2 tbsp
▶ Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
▶ Noodles of your choice
▶ Sesame
▶ Fresh cucumber, eggs, or any ingredients of your choice

Steps:
1. Cook your noodles. Place your cooked noodles in an ice bath and drain. Set aside.
2. Mix the peanut sauce, sugar and salt. Add hot water to blend them up. Adjust the amount of water depending on desired consistency.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, including white vinegar, light soy sauce and RICEPATHY’s Millet Rice Milk. Blend well.
4. Toss in your noodles. Sprinkle some sesame and serve.
