【Millet Coconut Mango Sago】
Ingredients / Serving Size: 2
▶ RICEPATHY Millet rice milk 200 ml
▶ Coconut cream 200 ml
▶ Sago 2-3 tsp
▶ Mango: 1
Steps
1. Dice the mango, set aside.
2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, add sago. Stir occasionally to avoid sago sticks at the bottom, cook for about 10 minutes until translucent and a white spot in the centre of the sago.
3. Off the heat, cover the saucepan with a lid for 10-15 minutes, the sago should be translucent with no white in centre, and chewy in texture. Rinse well and drain.
4. In another saucepan, add coconut cream and bring to a simmer. Add RICEPATHY Millet rice milk, stir and taste, you can add 25 ml Millet Rice Milk at a time if you prefer a milder coconut flavour.
5. To serve, pour coconut rice milk mixture (4) into a bowl, add cooked and drained sago (3), and stir slightly. Top with diced mango (1) as garnish.
